THE PROCESS
The process follows 6 steps:
Discovery — We talk about your needs, style, and what you want in your project. We will cover inspiration, themes, and function, and how we can achieve them.
Design & Details — I sketch options and the design is refined until we have a clear understanding of the project scope and scale. Pockets, gadgets, compartments; everything is worked out here.
Materials & Quote — You choose the leather type, texture, colour, and hardware.
More expensive materials (premium calfskin, exotics like snake, ostrich, crocodile, etc.) will affect the cost estimate.
I give a quote based on the materials, and complexity of the design.Deposit Confirmed — Cost estimate is finalized and non-refundable deposit is paid.
The deposit is used to acquire materials and production begins.Crafting — Each project is carefully assembled in my workshop. I will occasionally send updates on the process if any adjustments need to be made.
Delivery — Your bag is shipped or hand delivered in 4 to 8 weeks.
Bespoke projects cover a wide range of prices:
Large bags range from :
SGD$1000 - SGD$4000
Medium bags range from :
SGD$500 - SGD$2000
Small / Cross-body bags range from:
SGD$300 - SGD$1500
Wallets or purses from:
SGD$250 - SGD$1000
Current lead time is about 4-8 weeks from consultation to delivery.
A design consultation fee is required before custom design work begins;
This is credited toward your final purchase, and can vary based on the number of revisions to the design.
